Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A Vinyasa-flow style class- a style of yoga that synchronises movement and breath- this class will cover the key postures of yoga in a gently flowing style to work the body and calm the mind.
The class will help you build strength, flexibility and balance, with plenty of options for whichever level of yoga you are at, leaving you feeling energised and restored. Generally suitable for all levels- however some level of fitness is required. Do get in touch for more information or if you are unsure.
