A slower form of yoga than Vinyasa, so suitable for beginners and those who prefer a gentler class, 

 Hatha yoga offers a chance for you to move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.   The benefits include better sleep, strengthening core muscles, improving symptoms of depression and helping with stress management.
